• With alliance companies engaged in value added services. Companies whose products or services are offered by Safe Driver, such as travel reservation and discount programs. Safe Driver shares only identifying information such as your name, address, and phone number. These alliance companies are contractually required to protect the confidentiality and security of the information we provide.

Data Retention

Safe Driver retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Former member records are generally retained for a period of seven (7) years following the end of the membership relationship, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

When you download the Safe Driver AMP BAC Mobile App ("the App"), you authorize and consent to the collection, storage, and use of any information and data related to or derived from your use of the App. Information may include, but is not limited to, search requests and results, roadside reimbursement information entered, patterns, data, and suggestions based on user actions.

Your personal information is kept in a secure database, and we use appropriate technical and procedural security measures to protect it. Safe Driver will not share any information collected from you for any purpose other than to facilitate the use of roadside reimbursement and other benefits, and/or improve the service of the mobile application itself.

Our Commitment to Short Message Service (SMS Text Messaging) Terms and Privacy

Before sending you any text messages, Safe Driver will ask for your permission. By granting us permission to send you text messages, you consent to these terms and authorize Safe Driver to send you text messages regarding your Safe Driver membership. Safe Driver will not share any text messages sent or received from you for any purpose other than to facilitate use of Safe Driver benefits and services.
